We are looking for holly jolly Tech Support Associates to spruce up our corporate call center for the holiday season! Includes full time and part time openings, flexible start dates, and broad range of work schedules available between 9 AM and 11 PM including weekends. Think you'd make the nice list?

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

These associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service by providing to our nationwide Micro Center retail chain assistance to customers and sales personnel on a wide range of computers, software and hardware products via telephone, live chat and email support. In addition, technical documentation and data entry documenting customer contacts is required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma (Minimum) or technical degree with 1 year related experience in a customer service or technical role preferred. Industry related certifications a plus.
Professional demeanor required along with advanced understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and general electronics
Knowledge of operating principles of computers, desktops and related peripherals and software, specific application and product knowledge and well versed in customer service techniques.
